Job summary

Jafar's Wrap Rice and Salad in the Philippines seeks a Production Manager to direct the production process, coordinate with supervisors, ensure quality standards, and enforce health and safety procedures to meet schedules. The role requires 3–5 years in food and beverage, at least 3 years as Production Manager, HACCP/ServSAFE certification, and experience in inventory planning, costing, and stock forecasting.

A college degree in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the production process to meet goals and schedules.

Job Summary:

The Production Manager is in charge of directing the production process and ensuring that production goals and schedules are met effectively in a timely manner. Working together with the supervisors is crucial to meeting quality standards and adhering to the established health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs production manager task as determined by top management.

• Prepares manpower schedule of production staffs and supervisors.

• Conduct hygiene and grooming inspection of production employees when needed.

• Participate in company performance reviews with regards to the further improvements of our rules, policies, standards and procedures.

• Required to attend monthly meetings, daily briefing and company activities.

• Participates in recommending the logistic staffs for regularization and promotion through

• performance appraisal.

• Forecasting of weekly production plan or target output. Ensures that there are enough products available.

• To supply the needs of the stores.

• Responsible in updating the MTD.

• Oversee production processes and resolve issues.

• Ensuring that health and safety regulations inside the production area are met.

• Check product availability.

• Ensures production outputs meet the product quality standard.

• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment, pest control and air condition cleaning.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years experience in food and beverage industry

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Production Manager

• Must be HACCP/ServSAFE certified

• Experience in inventory planning & control, costing and stock forecast

• Champion in good manufacturing and food safety practices

• Excellent organizati9on, time management, and administrative skill

• Team player with a passion for developing future leaders

• College degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering

• Experience in chain and restaurant group setting is a plus
