Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Essilor Manufacturing Philippines, Inc. in Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production, ensure product quality, optimize resources, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of Lean, ISO standards, and KPI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or related field).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of production management, KPI analysis, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, decision-making, communication, and people development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
