Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in the Philippines invites you to join as a supervisor responsible for daily activities in customer service, warehouse, logistics and purchasing, ensuring safe, efficient operations and adherence to procedures.

With at least 3 years in a supervisory role and a logistics background, you will monitor monthly indicators, coordinate with other departments and customers, and coach staff to improve service levels while upholding our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in supervisory position essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• With logistics and supply chain background and training.
• Sound interpersonal skills at all levels, with ability to handle conflict and grievances.
• Problem analysis and decision-making skills.
• University degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities in Customer service, Warehouse, Logistic and Purchase.
• Optimize procedure, organization and SOP.
• Provide safe and suitable environment for people, products and equipment.
• Monitor and report monthly indicators (QOH, Inventory level, Service, Call center).
• Cooperate with other departments and customers for overall improvement.
• Enhance human resource management and provide training.
• Control department expenses within budget and keep overall cost effective and efficient.
• Implementation of 5S and EHS to be compliance.
• Follow instruction from direct report.
