Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or related field).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of production management, KPI analysis, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, decision-making, communication, and people development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams to support business objectives.
