Job summary

Essilor Manufacturing Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Production Manager to lead daily operations, ensure product quality, and drive lean improvements across the plant.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably with a multinational company, and strong proficiency in KPI analysis and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronics, or related field).
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of production management, KPI analysis, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, decision-making, communication, and people development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
