Fruitas Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the commissary’s production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing.

You will lead production teams, optimize resources, and collaborate with other departments to meet demand while controlling costs and maintaining food safety. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in production/manufacturing, preferably in F&B, with strong leadership and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of production/manufacturing experience, preferably in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor production data and KPIs.
• Willing to work in fast-paced production environments and supervise floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and ensure efficient execution of plans.
• Plan and monitor production schedules based on demand.
• Lead and develop production teams to meet targets and quality standards.
• Ensure products meet approved specs, quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs like productivity, efficiency, wastage; implement improvements.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP compliance and proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Address production concerns and provide timely solutions.
