Qualifikationen

• Solid production/manufacturing experience in the food and/or beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality, food safety
• Proven ability to lead fast-paced, high-volume production teams
• Willing to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays

House of Fruitas is looking for an experienced Production Manager who can take ownership of day-to‑day manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure products are produced safely, consistently, efficiently, and on time.

THE ROLE

As Production Manager, you will oversee daily commissary/manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved without compromising food safety, product quality, cost, and operational standards.

You will be expected to:

• Lead and manage day-to-day food and beverage production operations

• Plan manpower, production schedules, equipment, and resources based on operational requirements

• Ensure achievement of production volume, quality, yield, efficiency, and delivery targets

• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, GMP, and quality standards

• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions

• Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, cost control, and process efficiency

• Lead, coach, and hold the production team accountable for performance and standards

• Maintain a hands‑on presence on the production floor and respond quickly to operational issues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-have qualifications:

• Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

• With solid production/manufacturing experience in the food and/or beverage industry

• Strong understanding of production planning, process improvement, quality, food safety, manpower management, and cost control

• Proven ability to lead production teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume operation

• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and leadership skills

• Hardworking, hands‑on, accountable, and results‑oriented

• Willing and able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays, as operationally required

• Willing to be assigned in Manila City or Quezon City
