Job summary

House of Fruitas is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee daily commissary/manufacturing operations in Manila/Quezon City. You will lead production teams, plan schedules and resources, and ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and on time.

The role requires engineering background and strong manufacturing experience in food/beverage, with a hands-on leadership approach and a focus on quality, safety, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Engineering course (Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical)
• Solid production/manufacturing experience in the food and/or beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality, food safety
• Proven ability to lead fast-paced, high-volume production teams
• Willing to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day food and beverage production operations
• Plan manpower, production schedules, equipment, and resources
• Ensure achievement of production targets for volume, quality, yield, efficiency and delivery
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, GMP and quality standards
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions
• Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, cost control, and process efficiency
• Lead, coach, and hold the production team accountable for performance and standards
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the production floor and respond quickly to operational issues
