Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of manufacturing or production operations experience including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management and productivity improvement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel; lead cross-functional teams.

• Lead annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily production planning to meet targets and demand.
• Optimise manpower, machinery, materials, capacity, OEE, and plant productivity.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, waste reduction, and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, ensure quality, safety, and SOP adherence.
• Lead new product introduction and ramp-up, developing shop-floor leaders.

You will work closely with Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, Engineering, and R&D to ensure efficient and timely production.

What you’ll work on

Production Planning & Execution

Lead annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily production planning to achieve targets aligned with business and customer demand

Optimise manpower, machinery, materials, production capacity, OEE, and overall plant productivity

Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, waste reduction, and process improvement initiatives

Monitor production KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, drive corrective actions, and ensure quality, safety, compliance, and SOP adherence

Lead new product introduction, production ramp-up, and development of production managers, supervisors, and shop-floor teams

Who this role is for

• 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Production Operations, including at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience managing complete plant operations and large production teams
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, manufacturing processes, and productivity improvement
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, RCA, cost optimisation, and production KPI management
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
