Job summary

Samriddhi Automations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Dispatch Operations professional to manage daily dispatches, inventory, and coordination with transporters and partners.

You will ensure accurate movement from plant to customers, channel partners, and project sites, working closely with production, stores, planning, and sales. The role focuses on execution-driven operations within the manufacturing and distribution ecosystem, requiring 5–10 years in relevant roles and strong ERP

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in CCTV, electronics, OEM manufacturing, security systems, or consumer electronics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, shipment planning, and order fulfilment.
• Experience with transportation coordination, vehicle planning, finished goods inventory, and stock reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, e-way bills, e-invoices, and transport documentation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatches based on customer orders, priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate finished goods allocation, stock availability, product verification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure correct packaging, labelling, barcoding, invoices, challans, e-way bills, and transport documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners, track shipments, and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Supervise dispatch teams, maintain ERP records, monitor performance and logistics costs, and drive process improvements.

Sparsh is scaling its manufacturing and distribution operations as technology, electronics, and surveillance products reach customers and channel partners across markets.

This role sits within the manufacturing and supply chain ecosystem and is responsible for ensuring finished products move accurately and efficiently from the plant to customers, distributors, channel partners, and project sites.

You will work closely with Production, Stores, Planning, Sales, Quality, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
