Job description
Oversees resources (manpower, job setup, jigs, and fixtures) to meet the needs of each process/area.
Schedules and monitors attendance of the assigned team.
Escalates issues to immediate superior in a timely manner.
Provides inputs, reports, and troubleshoots minor abnormalities on the assigned line/area.
Handles and controls process flow to ensure smooth delivery of products and compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Guides team members to ensure compliance related to job specifications and procedures.
Consistently conducts regular area audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures of team members.
Provides regular performance and analysis reports on fallouts.
Participates in projects that drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and delivery.
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
Executes, contributes to, and participates in 5S activities in the assigned process/area.
Complies with all safety regulations and any plant regulations related to safety.
Maintains a safe working environment.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
Graduate of a vocational, technical, or bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field
Additional training or certification in leadership, operations, or quality control is an advantage
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a production, repair, or technical operations role
At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a similar environment is preferred
Strong knowledge of production workflows, quality standards, and safety practices
Effective leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to handle conflict, motivate team members, and drive performance
Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and productivity metrics
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, reporting tools)
