Job Title: Production Manager - Manufacturing

Reports to: General Manager

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demand, inventory targets, and production capacity.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of production supervisors, line leaders, and operators to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with production planning and logistics personnel to ensure smooth production operations.
