This role sits at the centre of plant operations and owns production planning, execution, capacity, productivity, quality, cost, and operational excellence. You will drive Lean initiatives and lead a large production team to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing or production operations experience including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management and productivity improvement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel; lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily production planning to meet targets and demand.
• Optimise manpower, machinery, materials, capacity, OEE, and plant productivity.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, waste reduction, and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, ensure quality, safety, and SOP adherence.
• Lead new product introduction and ramp-up, developing shop-floor leaders.
