Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (Oracle).
• Experience with CRM, call flow, or self-service claims portal applications is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance and claims processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues for multiple product lines and business processes.
• Triage problems by understanding client programs and customer flows; determine corrective steps to meet SLAs.
• Create and run SQL queries in a production environment; communicate timelines to stakeholders.
