Job summary

Axelum Resources Corp. seeks an Industrial Engineering Group and Process Improvement Supervisor to lead plant-wide efficiency, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.

You will apply industrial engineering tools, conduct studies, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, QA, and Supply Chain to implement sustainable improvements. Strong leadership and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in IE/Process Improvement/Manufacturing.
• Strong experience in high-volume manufacturing environments such as FMCG or food processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Engineering and Process Improvement function to drive plant-wide operational excellence.
• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity analysis, manpower assessment, and productivity evaluations.
• Analyze production data, labor utilization, downtime, yield, and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using IE and continuous improvement methods.
