Job summary

Focus Global Inc. in Taguig seeks a Product Specialist to drive growth for our high-end home furnishing brands.

You will identify and develop key client relationships, and present to prospective clients, partner architects and designers to expand the brand's footprint. You will maintain excellent sales and after-sales service, prepare accurate quotations, place and monitor orders, forecast sales, and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 1 year work experience in construction or architecture-related job.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to work with minimal supervision.

As a Product Specialist for our high-end home furnishing brands, you shall:

• Build and develop the brand's client base by identifying and developing key clients for the different brands and products in the portfolio
• Expand the business opportunities of the brand by making sales presentations to prospective clients, partner architects and designers
• Maintain and continuously develop client relationships by providing excellent and high-quality sales and after-sales service by:
• Specifying and preparing accurate product quotation for clients
• Efficiently placing and monitoring orders for clients
• Forecast potential sales based on knowledge and observation of market and business
• Actively support marketing-initiated activities
• Get a rewarding compensation with generous sales commissions
• International travel opportunities

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• With at least 1 year work experience in construction or any Architecture-related job.
• Must possess the following skills: Negotiation, customer service, excellent written and oral communication
• Must be result-driven, proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and able to work under minimal supervision.
