1. Product Knowledge and Expertise
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Stone 2000’s roofing, wall, and floor systems, including technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated with new product developments, trends in architectural finishing materials, and competitor offerings.
- Provide accurate technical support and recommendations to clients, architects, contractors, and resellers.
2. Sales Support and Client Engagement
- Assist the Sales Team in presenting products to prospective clients and partner resellers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and presentations (online and face-to-face).
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions that match project requirements.
- Support in project specifications with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure product inclusion in designs.
3. Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team in preparing product brochures, presentations, and technical documents.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibits, and product launches to promote Stone 2000’s product line.
- Train internal staff, resellers, and partners on product knowledge and applications.
4. Project and Technical Coordination
- Assist in reviewing project plans and specifications to recommend suitable products.
- Provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the technical team to ensure product availability, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain a database of product specifications, technical documents, and certifications.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Recommend product improvements or new product lines based on customer and market insights.
6. Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, project owners, and resellers.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure product satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Equivalent technical experience in construction, building materials, or architectural finishing products may be considered.
Work Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or construction/architectural industry (roofing, wall, or floor systems experience is an advantage).
- Background in dealing with architects, contractors, and project developers is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering plans and specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.
