Job summary

Wordtext Systems Incorporated in Cebu City is seeking a Product Specialist to manage sales activities within a designated branch, focusing on a specialized group of products and building strategic client relationships to achieve targets.

You will develop sales strategies, collaborate with product management to understand features, train the sales team, monitor performance, and plan lead-generation activities, requiring a degree and 3–5 years in sales.

Qualifications

• University or bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/technology preferred.
• Typically 3-5 years of experience in sales roles.
• Experience in selling to end-user accounts is a plus.
• Experience in Business Development is a plus.
• Experience in planning and executing Sales Programs designed to increase Leads and Sales closure.
• Proven track record.
• Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning.
• Understanding of distributor organization and operations.
• Understanding of products and solutions, able to articulate other products in the WSI portfolio.
• Effectively sells WSI offerings by building strategic relationships with partner contacts and leveraging on programs.
• Team player: effectively collaborates with others to ensure coordinated, efficient business development.
• Understanding of pipeline management basics and ability to explain benefits to partners.
• Business Financial Acumen is a plus.
