Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, delivery, and client satisfaction across agency projects in a hybrid setup, based in Quezon City.

You will coordinate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance to align on task breakdown, timelines, and billable work, while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing timelines and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Experience supporting software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify project plans with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance to align on inclusions and budgets.
• Lead delivery with sprint planning, daily scrum, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks and issues early and mitigate them.
• Report project status to management and stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
