Job summary

BDO Unibank in Metro Manila seeks a Product Manager for Kabayan Savings and Remittance to translate market insights into product strategies and to coordinate cross-functional teams. The role drives end-to-end enhancements from concept to launch to better serve Overseas Filipinos and their beneficiaries.

Responsibilities include policy development, workflow design, evaluating proposals, and managing timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in product management, product marketing, or product coordination.
• Must be amenable to working onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.

• Design and document end-to-end workflows.
• Evaluate and endorse acquisition, cross-sell proposals, marketing programs, concept papers, and digital enhancements.
• Drive product enhancements by prioritizing feature requests and managing project timelines.
• Coordinate cross-unit rollouts.
• Gather and report feedback from internal and external channels.
• Benchmark competitors and recommend adjustments.
• Analyze profitability and market acceptance.
• Share insights with stakeholders.
• Train and evaluate personnel.
• Prepare reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Product Management

1. Lead policy, procedure and circular development for Kabayan Savings and Remittance Products.

2. Design and document end-to-end workflows.

3. Evaluate and endorse acquisition, cross-sell proposals, marketing programs, concept papers, and digital enhancements.

4. Drive product enhancements by prioritizing feature requests and managing project timelines.
