About The Role

The Product Manager will lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of consumer banking products.

This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, driving product innovation, and delivering solutions that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The Product Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure products remain competitive and aligned with market demands. This position plays a key role in advancing the bank's retail banking strategy while ensuring adherence to regulatory and risk management requirements within the Philippine banking industry.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute product strategies for consumer banking products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, digital banking, payments, and other retail banking solutions. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept development, market assessment, business case preparation, launch, and post-implementation review. Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve product features, processes, and customer journeys. Monitor product performance, profitability, portfolio growth, and utilization metrics, recommending actions to improve results. Prepare product proposals, pricing recommendations, and business cases for management approval.

Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, consumer protection standards, AML requirements, and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle. Lead product launch activities, including operational readiness, staff training, marketing support, and stakeholder communications. Work closely with technology and operations teams to implement process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

Manage customer feedback, complaints, and product-related issues to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Support strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to the bank's consumer banking growth objectives. Prepare management reports, product reviews, portfolio analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field. Experience in product management, retail banking, consumer lending, digital banking, or related financial services functions. Strong understanding of consumer banking products, customer behavior, product development methodologies, and portfolio management.

Knowledge of BSP regulations, consumer protection requirements, AML/KYC standards, and Philippine banking industry practices. Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
