Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in Metro Manila seeks a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of the eCebuana mobile app, e-money services, and other digital banking solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and regulatory compliance of digital banking products and services, driving user acquisition, retention, and profitability through scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Information Technology / Computer Science.
• At least three (3) years of work-related experience in product management, digital, fintech, or banking services.
• Knowledge on regulatory laws and requirements, market research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and documents new product concepts aligned with market and business goals.
• Gathers business cases and revenue projections to support decision making.
• Manages digital roadmap planning and execution to drive user acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Conducts market research, competitor benchmarking, and collaborates with fintech partners to ensure product competitiveness.
• Monitors product performance through analytics and proposes enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Supports pilot testing of new/enhanced products and refines features before full launch.
• Develops training materials and oversees product communication and promotion.
• Ensures timely completion of regulatory and internal documentary requirements.
• Resolves product issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Provides coaching to junior or new team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Supports the development of product training materials, oversee training programs, and product communication and promotion.
• Ensures timely completion of regulatory and internal documentary requirements.
• Resolves technical or operational product issues promptly by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Provides coaching and guidance to junior or new team members.
