• Experience in banking, financial services, consumer lending, credit cards, or retail marketing preferred.
• Exposure to campaign management, product marketing or customer acquisition programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
• Assist in managing existing and newly launched credit card and personal loan products.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Digital Banking, Compliance and other units to ensure campaign success.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, merchants and brand partners.
• Support development of product value propositions, promotions and customer offers.
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations and management updates.
