Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks a Manager – TM Refurbishment / TM Sealing & Bonding (Projects) in the Philippines. The role focuses on developing and executing product roadmaps with cross-functional teams, driving forecast accuracy, and creating sales content to support market growth.

LOE requires a licensed civil engineer with 5+ years in product/marketing management, preferably in construction materials, chemicals, or related fields. Strong skills in SAP, Salesforce, and PDS2PIM are advantageous.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management, preferably in construction materials, chemicals, building components, mechanical or electrical devices/equipment.
Proven track record in developing and launching new products/services to market.
Experience in sales and/or multinational organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product roadmap strategies through market research, customer insights, and competition benchmarking.
Collaborate with R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to implement strategies.
Lead forecast accuracy targets and manage qualified leads for Sales.
Create product content and literature for Sales and Marketing purposes.
Train and develop Sales and Marketing personnel to strengthen product knowledge.
