Qualifications

• 5–10 years in technical B2B market development or consultative sales.
• Experience in construction materials, infrastructure, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build early customer adoption and win initial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new applications, industries, and customer segments.
• Lead customer discovery meetings, build relationships with decision makers.
• Test pricing, value propositions, and commercial viability.
• Develop a repeatable market playbook for prospecting and closing deals.
