You will own the Personal Loan product, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive compliance, updated product information, and team development while integrating with digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management for consumer products.
• Minimum of 2 years handling consumer financial products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with digital channels and/or project management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

• Drive growth and profitability of the Personal Loan product through product and process initiatives aligned with business strategies.
