Our Consumer Lending team is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join us in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig as Personal Loans Product Management Head.

In this role, you will own the Personal Loan product, drive its growth, profitability, and competitiveness, and lead product innovation initiatives that enhance customer experience and strengthen EastWest's market position.

What the role will entail

• Drive growth and profitability of the Personal Loan product through product and process initiatives aligned with business strategies
• Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support business expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionalities and integrate them into digital platforms
• Review and endorse product programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain updated product information and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and career growth

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management for consumer products
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling consumer financial products, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience with digital channels and/or project management is an advantage
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
