Job summary

Cartrack Philippines is seeking a Product Trainer to deliver targeted training programs for clients and internal teams. You will conduct classroom, online, and onsite sessions in English and Filipino, identifying learning needs and developing effective programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in Training/Learning & Development, with strong presentation and facilitation skills. Willingness to work onsite in Makati and travel for field work across markets is expected.

What You'll Do

• Conduct classroom, online, and onsite product training sessions for clients and employees
• Identify training needs and develop effective training programs
• Deliver training in both English and Filipino
• Conduct induction, product onboarding, and new product launch training
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements when needed
• Gather customer feedback and recommend solutions to enhance user experience
• Create and update training materials, user guides, and learning resources
• Support onboarding and product training initiatives across different markets

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, or any related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or a similar role
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Confident in conducting stand‑up training sessions
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Willing to travel & conduct field work as required
