Job summary

Primus @ Knowledge Specialist Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Pre-sales Specialist to join our onsite team in Taguig. You will identify customer technical requirements and craft tailored solutions while assisting in BOM and RFQ responses.

In addition to pre-sales duties, you will manage customer orders, update delivery status, and support contract amendments through our internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of telco background experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding in networking background.
• Team Player and willing to work overtime (if necessary).

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s technical requirements and provide solutions.
• Generate new and revised commercial proposals.
• Identify the Bill of Materials.

• Receive PO registrations and update customer on delivery status.
• Support in contract amendments in the system for changes in solution.
• Support in closure of Contract/Purchased order delivered solution in internal system.
• Reconciliation of costing upon site implementation versus the PO as part of project closure.

• Update customer on delivery status;
• Support in contract amendments in system for changes in solution;
• Support in closure of Contract/Purchased order delivered solution in internal system;
• Reconciliation of costing upon site implementation versus the purchased order as part of project closure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.

• With at least 1 - 2 years experience in telco background

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic understanding in networking background

• Team Player and willing to work Over time (if necessary)

Work Setup:

Fully Onsite: BGC, Taguig - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
