Everstrong Pte. Ltd. in Metro Manila is seeking a Procurement Specialist (Products Development) who can go beyond processing POs. You will assess suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage the procurement lifecycle to secure cost-effective, reliable supply.

You should be detail-oriented with strong analytics, skilled in Google Sheets or Excel, and capable of collaborating with the supply chain team to forecast demand and improve procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or related supply chain roles.
• Experience identifying and evaluating suppliers and negotiating pricing/terms.
• Strong organizational skills managing POs, supplier records, and delivery schedules.
• Good analytical skills to compare costs, assess supplier performance, and find savings.
• Strong communication and negotiation when dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities with proactive follow-up.
• Experience using Google Sheets, Excel or similar tools to track purchases and analyze data.
• Understanding of inventory planning, supplier lead times, and supply chain coordination.

• Manage the procurement process from PO creation to issue resolution.
• Build and sustain supplier relationships for reliable partnerships.

• Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast demand and plan procurement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including import/export rules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and communications.
• Analyze procurement data to find cost-saving opportunities and boost efficiency.
