Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing activities on construction projects in the Philippines. You will canvass suppliers, compare prices, and maintain procurement records.

The role requires 2+ years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with local supplier markets; ERP experience is a plus. The position emphasizes detail orientation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 2 years of solid experience in procurement / sourcing.
• Experience in a construction or EPC project site preferred.
• Familiar with the local Philippine supplier and hardware market.
• Ability to search for, develop, and evaluate new suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Proficient in MS Word; ERP / Procurement System experience is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, organization, and record-keeping skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate procurement records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier canvassing and price comparisons in accordance with approval requirements.
• Maintain complete and traceable canvass and procurement records.
• Maintain and update the Procurement Catalogue, including item specifications, reference prices, and qualified suppliers.
• Conduct quarterly price reviews and supplier evaluations/rating.
• Recommend replacement or phase-out of unqualified suppliers.
• Collect and consolidate purchase requests from user departments.
• Prepare the Weekly Procurement Plan.
• Verify supplier qualifications and documents, including Business Permit and BIR Form 2303 / BIR Registration.
• Prepare reports and analytical summaries on purchasing volume, price trends, and supplier performance.
