Job summary

Mix Plant, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities in a manufacturing setting. You will source suppliers, issue POs, monitor deliveries, and support cost-saving initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, SCM, or a related field, with at least 3 years of procurement experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills, plus proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge (Oracle/SAP) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• At least 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, canvassing, negotiation, and PO processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from sourcing and canvassing to purchase order issuance and delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials, supplies, and services.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and assist in cost-saving initiatives.
