Job summary

Successu International Inc. is seeking a purchasing professional to support procurement activities in Metro Manila. You will source suppliers, process purchase orders, monitor material availability, and negotiate prices to ensure timely delivery of quality materials at competitive costs.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to keep purchasing operations smooth and aligned with company requirements, while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business-related course or equivalent experience.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
• Experience in using Odoo or any ERP system, particularly in purchasing and purchase order processing, is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
• Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing procedures is an advantage.
