Job summary

First Gen is seeking a Procurement Staff (reliever) to support our purchasing operations at FPH Rockwell Center, Manila. The role emphasizes onboarding existing purchasing tasks, issuing RFQs, and assisting with bid evaluations to ensure timely supplier selections.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with SAP MM, Google Workspace, or MS Office, and can manage POs, monitor PRs, and coordinate invoice receipt with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP MM (Procurement Module) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard existing purchasing tasks and ongoing requests smoothly.
• Prepare and send out RFQs to vendors.
• Assist with bid tabulations and supplier evaluation.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
• Maintain and update the Purchase Requisition (PR) Monitor.
• Track vendor deliveries and follow up on timelines.
• Ensure timely receipt of basic billing documents and invoices.
