You will shadow experienced staff to learn active orders and negotiations. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and familiarity with Excel, Google Workspace, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or buyer roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace incl. Sheets and Docs.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions to ensure completeness and compliance with procurement requirements.
• Tabulate and compare supplier offers and quotations to support procurement evaluation.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) in accordance with procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate timely delivery of goods and services.
• Address vendor inquiries and coordinate with suppliers to resolve procurement concerns.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and follow up on requisitions and POs.
