Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business-related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials meeting specifications.
• Perform and monitor regular purchasing duties.
• Coordinate with departments and suppliers on item specs.
• Handle and monitor vendor claims (shortages, defects, missing parts).
• Prepare purchase orders and documents per company policy.
• Review invoices and prepare payment requests.
