Job summary

Nidec Subic Philippines is seeking a sourcing professional to manage procurement for goods and services in a manufacturing setting. You will handle P.O./PR creation in SAP, supplier negotiations, and oversee timely deliveries, inventory checks, and invoice processing.

The ideal candidate has a four-year business or engineering degree, with 2 years of purchasing experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Four-year Business course or Engineering Course.
• Preferably with 2 years experience in Purchasing work in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable with MOVEX/SAP system.
• Flexible and can handle pressure.
• With good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• With good oral and written communication skills.
• Hard working and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Order and PR creation in the SAP system.
• Filling of P.O, PR and Quotation.
• Parking of received invoices.
• P.O cancellation.
• Processing for local shipment.
• Checking inventory.
• Monitoring of delivery from supplier.
• Negotiating price from supplier.
• Updating deliveries.
• Checking raw materials and purchased for Production.
