Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cavite, Philippines is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage purchase requirements to ensure timely and cost-efficient procurement of goods and services.

You will source and evaluate suppliers, request quotations, negotiate terms, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing needs. Onsite work is required and attention to detail is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
