Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Advanced Excel data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure best quality at competitive prices.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with objectives and budget constraints.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock management.
• Track and analyse supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery times, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve supply chain issues promptly.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and vendor performance for management review.
