Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Procurement Staff to join our team at Katipunan Road, Quezon City Metro Manila.

You will support sourcing, purchasing and inventory management to keep operations running smoothly and ensure materials and services are secure at competitive prices. You will work with suppliers, process requisitions and purchase orders, monitor stock levels, maintain procurement records, and help with cost analysis and supplier databases.

Qualifications

• Graduate in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing or inventory management in manufacturing/logistics.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple purchase orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management systems and MS Office.
• Attention to detail in documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supplier evaluation and qualification.
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Communicate pricing, delivery schedules and order specs with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain procurement records and documents.
• Coordinate goods receipt and quality inspections upon delivery.
• Assist with cost analysis and price comparisons.
• Liaise between internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Contribute to supplier databases and procurement systems.
• Support compliance with procurement regulations and internal audits.
