Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Procurement Support on a project-based contract based in Katipunan Rd., Quezon City, Metro Manila.

You will assist in purchase orders, supplier coordination, and inventory management to ensure cost-effective procurement and quality delivery for manufacturing and logistics operations. The role requires 1–3 years in procurement or related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1-3 years in procurement, purchasing, inventory management or related role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with suppliers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and management of purchase orders and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement transactions.
• Maintain inventory records and procurement databases for accuracy.
• Support supplier evaluation and quotation comparisons.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up for on-time performance.
• Process invoices and requisitions per PO and approvals.
• Assist in procurement planning and forecasting for projects.
• Prepare procurement reports for management and audits.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for material receipt and storage.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvements.
