Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Procurement Sourcing Specialist in Metro Manila, Pasig, to execute strategic sourcing, category management, and complex contract negotiations.

You will analyze market data, evaluate spend patterns, manage vendor risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings. The role emphasizes end-to-end procurement excellence, compliance with ISO standards, and collaboration with legal, finance, and technical stakeholders to deliver value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, SCM, Behavioral Science, or related field (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, spend analytics, contract drafting, supplier risk management, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute spend-leveraging sourcing strategies by analyzing market trends and total cost of ownership.
• Perform end-to-end supplier risk analysis to ensure business continuity.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts with legal, finance, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead vendor awards, contract roll-outs, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001.
