Perform procurement activities including sourcing, bid conditioning, procurement, and supplier management.
Implement sourcing strategies for related materials, equipment, and services to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
Manage supplier performance and resolve procurement related issues before elevating to higher management.

Bachelor's Degree in either Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement.
Proven experience in establishing excellent relationships with project stakeholders both local and international.
Knowledge of Incoterms, local and international procurement practices, and contract management.
Experience in managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in procurement process for power and energy related EPC projects.
Professional certification (CCP, CSSP, or equivalent).
