Job summary

ZACHRY PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a seasoned Procurement professional in Metro Manila to lead sourcing, supplier management, and contract execution for major projects. The role collaborates with Engineering and Project Management to drive cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery, with emphasis on Incoterms compliance and ERP proficiency. The position requires leadership in negotiations and strong analytical reporting for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with local and international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, procurement practices, and contract management.
• Experience in supplier relationships, negotiations, and procurement strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Office.

Job description

• Perform procurement activities including sourcing, bid conditioning, procurement, and supplier management.

• Implement sourcing strategies for related materials, equipment, and services to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

• Manage supplier performance and resolve procurement related issues before elevating to higher management.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contracts, and Incoterms.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management to achieve project objectives.

• Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, and material status updates.

• Performs other functions that may be assigned by Supply Chain Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in either Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement.

• Proven experience in establishing excellent relationships with project stakeholders both local and international.

• Knowledge of Incoterms, local and international procurement practices, and contract management.

• Experience in managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in procurement process for power and energy related EPC projects.

• Professional certification (CCP, CSSP, or equivalent).
