Job summary

HANSEI CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities for projects, ensuring the right quality, quantity, price, and delivery schedule. You will handle RFQs, canvassing, and purchase orders while coordinating with project teams to meet timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field and 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in EPC, construction, or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Logistics or related field
• 2–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Experience sourcing construction materials, electrical materials, equipment, tools, and services is a plus
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, canvassing, negotiation, and PO preparation

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end local procurement for projects, ensuring quality, quantity, price, and delivery schedule
• Prepare RFQs and Abstract of Canvas
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders for timely delivery
• Coordinate with project personnel for order arrivals and deliveries
• Support field works and assist other personnel as needed

About the role

Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that materials, equipment, tools, services, and other project requirements are sourced and purchased at the right quality, quantity, price, and required delivery schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Implementation of the company corporate and project quality management policies
• Process end-to-end local procurement for projects, including evaluation, processing, and updating of submitted purchase requisitions
• Preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Abstract of Canvas
• Prepare and monitor status of purchase orders to ensure complete and timely delivery
• Coordinate with recipients/project personnel for the arrival of orders/deliveries
• Undertake field works on company projects and provide necessary assistance to other personnel
• Report and recommend to management any project status, issues and concerns for appropriate action and resolution
• Provide full support, assistance and coordination with functional groups
• Observance and strict compliance to company policies and guidelines

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in an EPC, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or renewable energy company
• Experience in sourcing construction materials, electrical materials, equipment, tools, and services is an advantage
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, canvassing, negotiation, and purchase order preparation
