Job summary

Gruppo EMS, Inc. in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a seasoned Cost Accountant to join our team. The role focuses on cost analysis, process improvement, and reporting accuracy to support budgeting and decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of cost accounting experience, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting.
Strong working knowledge of SAP; experience with other accounting systems or ERP software is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to start immediately.
Capable of performing assigned duties and responsibilities effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and management directives.
