Job summary

Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. is seeking a SCM Specialist in the Philippines to analyze end-to-end EPC procurement plans, align with timelines, and monitor on-site production efficiency. You will validate PMC reports and coordinate with local contacts for non-EPC items.

The role covers weekly procurement reporting, risk mitigation for delays, and handling customs incentives and import documentation for imports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; five years in procurement or logistics.
• Experience in EPC procurement and project timelines is preferred.
• Familiarity with QA and material testing for industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Procurement monitoring: deliver weekly/monthly reports on critical long lead items.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions affecting delivery against the project plan.
• Support local sourcing and manage importation paperwork and incentives.
