Job summary

Sysgen RPO Inc. seeks an Inventory and Stock Management professional in Laguna, Philippines, to ensure stock availability and smooth warehouse operations. The role includes inventory checks, coordinating replenishments, and processing delivery-related documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.

You will also handle administrative tasks, prepare reports, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep shipments and stock aligned with production needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track warehouse inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize shortages.
• Coordinate with end-users to assess and request stock replenishments.
• Execute pull-out requests and transfer items to the INTAS Warehouse extension as needed.
• Oversee receipt and inspection of deliveries to meet company standards.
• Verify items received against SI and DR documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries with end-users for production alignment.
• Process and file delivery documents (SI, DR, CR) and submit originals to Purchasing.
• Record deliveries and arrivals in MC Frame system with accurate details.
• Maintain organized warehouse records for easy retrieval and policy compliance.
• Print, scan, and file essential warehouse documents for reference.
• Prepare regular inventory and delivery status reports for the Assistant Supervisor.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and follow up on outstanding deliveries or stock requests.
• Submit documentation and endorsements to relevant departments promptly.
• Assist with PCP team initiatives and special projects as needed.
