Job summary

Manila Recruitment seeks a Supply Chain Planner for a permanent, on-site role in Santa Rosa, Laguna. The ideal candidate will coordinate with EMS partners, manage forecasts, and ensure on-time delivery in a high-demand electronics manufacturing environment.

You will work with Sales, R&D and NPI teams and maintain material availability while coordinating capacity and negotiations with EMS partners. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience (preferably more).
• Experience in EMS coordination and supply chain planning is highly preferred.
• Bachelor degree in Supply chain management or related disciplines.
• Strong planning and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Navision and ERP systems experience (NetSuite or SAP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with EMS partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage forecasts and APO processing; monitor inventory and production status.
• Lead weekly CTB calls and review material status and production plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D and NPI teams to generate delivery plans.
• Monitor EMS performance and ensure availability of materials.
• Track production activities and follow up on delays to ensure on-time shipment.
• Manage on-site inventory at EMS and coordinate with forwarders/shipping companies.
• Conduct weekly alignment calls with EMS and Hong Kong sales team.
