Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a procurement professional to manage PO creation and maintenance in an ERP environment. You will ensure PR/PO accuracy, coordinate with internal requestors, and monitor requisitions to support timely PO processing.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience in vendor maintenance and PO processing, with strong MS Office skills and a collaborative mindset in a multicultural setting. This position is based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in Finance Shared Services or BPO is preferred.
• ERP experience with SAP MM/FI and S4/HANA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and send Purchase Orders based on approved requisitions.
• Ensure PR/PO details are accurate including vendor information and pricing.
• Amend, cancel, or close POs as requested via ticketing tool or mailbox.
• Monitor approved PRs from the ERP system to ensure timely PO creation.
