Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) experience.
• Familiar with POs and invoices and ERP systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Update ERP systems following standard procedures.
• Audit invoices and reflect vendor changes after POs.
• Ensure vendor info changes are timely and accurate.
• Promote process improvements in supply chain management.
• Explain policies to other functions in support of strategy.
• Oversee service delivery and meet SLA commitments.
• Drive P2P governance and standardize processes.
• Collaborate with Qualfon peers regularly.
